Anthropic's revised S-1 adds a $17 billion quarter, and an $895.4 billion bill
The amended IPO filing fills in the third quarter the first version left out. The revenue number is large. The commitments number is much larger.
Anthropic filed an amended Form S-1 with the SEC on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026. According to CNBC's reading of the filing, it adds financial results through Sept. 30. The prospectus the company unveiled the week before only covered the first half of the year.
